As a Los Angeles native, Ari Weinstein has been in the real estate industry since graduation from UC Santa Barbara in 2005. After graduating, Ari worked as a commercial broker at Sachse Real Estate Company. In which time he acquired the skills and experience to become fluent in commercial leasing and understanding investments. In 2008, Ari left brokerage to pursue his Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance at Pepperdine University. During graduate school, Ari continued in the real estate industry working as the manager for a portfolio of commercial properties throughout Los Angeles County.
In 2012, to further his extensive education, Ari attained a Masters of Science in Real Estate at the University of San Diego. While in San Diego, Ari began working for RedHill, a multifamily private equity company, as their asset manager overseeing the portfolio of 3,000 residential units throughout the Western United States. Now, as a key member of the Passman Group, Ari is working on analysis and investments, specializing in the multi-family sector. Ari is also a member of ICSC and IREM.
