About Ariel Nassib

Ariel started with The Passman Group in 2019, concentrating on investment sales. He prides himself on being a problem solver and using creative ideas to come up with solutions for his clients.

Growing up in Los Angeles and being exposed to real estate at an early age, Ariel brings a vast knowledge of the local markets. Ariel previously worked at Mapletree Investments where he focused on underwriting institutional scale investment deals and executing value-add strategies.

During his time at Mapletree, Ariel helped the fund double its AUM to $1.2 billion. Ariel graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. During his free time, he loves to play basketball and coach the youth.
