About Cassandra Card

Cassandra Card brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial and residential real estate, brand strategy, and marketing. As a Los Angeles native, she offers a seasoned and sharp perspective on the local market. 

During her 10 year tenure as Senior VP of Operations at Occidental Entertainment Group Holdings in Hollywood, Cassandra gained extensive knowledge in project and property management, commercial leasing, and real estate trends servicing the TV and film industry. Her expertise also includes brand development and advertising, having managed web design, social media, and major campaigns in publications such as Emmy Magazine. She has further supported the real estate community through large event coordination and property campaigns reaching over 3,000 local brokers.

In a residential capacity, Cassandra has managed and leased multiple multifamily properties, and has successfully bought, marketed, and sold rental properties in Big Bear and Ojai. Her sales experience spans from Encino to Laguna Beach, with a primary focus on the Los Angeles area.

Cassandra joined The Passman Group in 2025 and holds a California Salesperson License. She resides in Carthay Square with her husband and their two children.
