Michael brings over 20 years of experience across commercial and residential real estate, mortgage finance, and construction, with a primary focus on multifamily and land brokerage throughout Los Angeles.
Prior to joining The Passman Group, Michael served as Vice President of a multifamily general contracting firm, where he worked alongside developers, architects, and capital partners on market rate ground-up projects. This executive-level construction experience gives him a rare vantage point in brokerage, offering an understanding of market pricing, entitlement hurdles, construction costs, feasibility, and execution risk. Michael was also well known and respected within the family law community as he specialized in the disposition of commercial or residential property in both litigated and mediated matters.
Today, Michael and his partners specialize in advising owners and investors on acquiring and disposing of multifamily properties and development sites across the SoCal market, from Los Angeles to San Diego. His approach goes beyond traditional brokerage by helping clients evaluate highest-and-best use, optimize positioning prior to market, and structure transactions that align with real-world development economics.
