Darius joined the Passman Group in fall of 2016, specializing in the sale and exchange of residential, multi-family, and commercial investment properties. Darius has extensive experience in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of retail gas stations, convenience stores and car washes. Most recently, he consulted for the Westfield Corporation supporting their retail airports division.
Darius graduated from Morehouse College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing. After graduating, Darius began his career working for BP, in the US Retail Group. He held several roles during his tenure with BP supporting Finance, Marketing, Credit Cards, Jobber Communications, Supply and Forecasting. In the spring of 2011, he began working for real estate investment firm - US Oil Holdings where he was responsible for managing the company’s retail station acquisition and divestment activities. To further his education and experience in real estate, Darius became a licensed agent in 2015. Darius is formally trained in Sustainable Performance Improvement Processes (Six Sigma) which effectively identifies business improvement opportunities.
