James serves as an invaluable guide throughout the entire transaction process. Equipped with expert negotiating skills and extensive local knowledge, he offers poignant and intelligent advice, leaning on his own life experiences and hands-on transactions.
Prior to real estate, James spent 20 years in the entertainment industry which include; producing, writing, editing and directing. His extensive knowledge in contract work and brokering deals with challenging and passionate people has translated seamlessly to real estate.
James believes honesty is the foundation of all relationships, and he communicates with his clients the same he would a friend. When he’s not involved in real estate, James can be found hiking with his fiance and dog, practicing his martial arts, or looking for the best coffee in L.A. He currently resides in Marina Del Rey.
